Practice sessions are regularly available on weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening, for individuals and small groups of friends. Click Practice times to view and book forthcoming sessions.
These 30 minute sessions are the ideal way to have some fun or to improve your laptimes and technique. Up to 18 karts may be on track at the same time, giving you the chance to see how you are in traffic! All your lap times are recorded and printed out for you after your session.
These sessions are ideal for both new and experienced drivers alike, and can be booked online. Note that all sessions must be booked in advance and prepaid. Minimum driver age is 16 years and the minimum height is 5' (152.4cm).
Standard 30 minute Practice sessions are unstructured and designed for drivers new to the venue to acquaint themselves with our karts and learn the circuit. Those with more experience may use these sessions to improve their racing lines and technique.
The sessions are open to all drivers aged 16 or over who are at least 5' tall (152.4cm).
Two classes of kart are available:
The RX7 Pro which is capable of 70mph and is ideal for novices and those with less experience.
The RX7 Sport which is capable of 80mph and is best suited to those drivers with greater experience.
Both versions use the same Sodi RX7 chassis but have different rev limits from the tuned Honda 390cc four stroke engine.
See 'Practice times' for dates, times, prices and special offers.

The action continues into the night.

Note: These sessions refer to practice using a hire kart. For owner/driver open practice sessions please visit our website for owner/drivers by clicking the BPKC tab above.
Please note: Drivers under 18 years of age.
The minimum age to drive in adult events is 16 years*, but all drivers aged under 18 years must be signed in by their parent or guardian who should be present at the desk when the minor signs in. Without a parent or guardian counter signature the minor will not be permitted to drive.
*The minimum age is reduced to 14years for drivers who carry a current MSA Kart Race licence which MUST be presented and checked. This does not remove the need for a parent/guardian countersignature.
