If you have never been karting at Buckmore Park before this website may seem very complicated. This page will guide you through the maze of options and will guide you through the various levels so that your get the most out of your chosen sport. Practice. First it is a good idea to try out the karts and simply have a bit of fun whilst you learn the circuit. Practice sessions are the ideal way to get used to things before you move up to racing.
Tuition. You've done a few practice sessions and basically know your way around the circuit but you can see that the 'regulars' are gaining on every corner. The next step for you is a bit of one to one tuition to help you find those elusive seconds.
Begin Racing! Fine, but where do I start? All of our events are star rated to allow you to choose a race that is on par with your experience. So, 1* events should be your starting point. Click here to find out more about the star rating system, and the events themselves.
Championship Racing. Once you have tried out a few 'one off' events you might want to enter a season long championship. We offer Championships in both sprint and endurance format so do take a look at our full list of events. We have probably the biggest choice of events of all UK Karting venues.
The Elite Series. For the driver who has been there, done that and got the iridium visor, the Elite is run on faster 2 stroke karts. Entry is by permit only. There are two Elite formats. the Elite Solo Enduro and the Elite Team Endurance.
The ARKS Test. So, you've now conquered hire kart racing and you are ready to race your own kart at MSA Owner/Driver race meetings. Before you can do that you will need a Kart Race Licence and to gain that you will need to take the ARKS test. Click here for full details.
