Kart training options for adults
For adult training we offer either 4-stroke introductory training for complete novices, or advanced training for those with some experience who wish to refine their racing lines or technique. These one-hour sessions use the RX7 Pro kart for intro training and the faster RX7 Sport for the advanced lesson.
We cater for all levels of experience from the casual corporate karter to the regular enthusiast. Whether you are a potential guest at a corporate event who is nervous about the forthcoming event, a potential karting enthusiast or a regular racer who wishes to improve your performance, tell us what you are trying to achieve and we'll make sure you get the appropriate kart and instructor. All our race instructors are licensed MSA ARKS instructors.
Prices and details
Intro training:
A 1-hour session for novices using 4-stroke RX7 Pro karts. This session covers basics like the controls, use of pedals, correct steering techniques and an introduction to basic racing lines.
£125 per 60 minute session
Advanced training:
A 1-hour session for more experienced drivers, using our faster RX7 Sport karts. This session will focus on advanced techniques such as refining racing lines, late braking, pedal technique, and the instructor will identify areas of weakness in order to focus on improvements in those areas.
£150 per 60 minute session.
These sessions are one-to-one and take place on the full 1200m circuit. They are generally unavailable at weekends due to other circuit uses. You will need to allow at least two hours at the circuit including briefing and debriefing time.
