The Elite series of events are 5* events for the driver who has earned his/her 'spurs' in lower rated events and is now ready for the next step. These events are not open events as all drivers need to be granted a permit in order to race.
There are two formats. The Elite Solo Endurance is a 45 minute race for individual driver's and the Two Hour Team Endurance is designed for teams of up to four drivers. Full information can be found by clicking the buttons on the left.
The criteria for earning a permit are: Completing a successful season in one of our four star championships (Man of Steel or Grand Prix League) or similar experienced gained at other circuits. Top ten finishers in the 3* Iron Man or 3hr Team Endurance can also apply. Alternatively, if you have an MSA Kart Race Licence or an MSA ARDS Car Race Licence or if you have provable experience in two stroke racing either as an owner/driver or in C100 or DMax, you will be eligible for a permit. If in doubt, please ask.
New for 2013!
We have now introduced a new Elite Team Endurance (only) permit. This can be granted to driver's of teams who have competed and finished in the top ten of either our Three or Six hour team endurance races (subject to approval). This permit will allow entry into the Elite Team Endurance series. Once three Elite Team events have been completed the drivers can request an upgrade to full Elite Permits. (subject to approval)
The karts used are the two stroke Club100 karts. These are high revving, direct drive racing machines superbly prepared by Club100 who are our partners in this series. Buckmore management coupled with Club100 karts makes this a very special class of events for both teams and individual drivers.
All Elite events are held on Sunday afternoons.

Thanks as always had a great time. Always amazed at how much fun Karting is even though I play with my race cars during the season.
