BP Pro Series (Lightweight)
The BP Pro Series (formerly known as the Man of Steel) is a one man, one hour test of stamina for experienced drivers. It is an 8 round championship run in three weight categories.
F1 Style Qualifying
All drivers compete in Q1, a 10 minute session. Driver’s finishing in the bottom third will qualify in those grid slots.The remaining two thirds of the drivers will move to Q2, an eight minute session. Those finishing Q2 in the bottom half will qualify in those grid slots.The remaining drivers will go through to Q3 (6 minutes) and will fill grid the front grid slots.
For the purposes of qualifying, weight classes will be ignored though the fastest in each class will still earn one bonus point, regardless of actual grid position.
An 8 round championship of which the best 6 scores count.
This 4 star rated series uses RT8 karts on the full International Circuit.
This series is designed for the experienced competitor who is looking for a greater challenge.

The BP Pro Series is run in the following weight classes
Lights - 70kg and under
Standards - 71 to 90kg
Heavy - 91kg and above
17:00 - Arrival & Registration
17:30 - Drivers Briefing
18:00 - 3 Qualifying Sessions
18:45 - 1 Hour Race
20:00 - Presentation
For experienced and competitive drivers only.
Minimum Height - 5ft or 1.52m
Minimum Age - 16*
*14/15 year olds can take part if they hold an ARKS licence.
This race is also a qualifying round of the Sodi World Series (SWS) and you will need to register in order to have your results counted. This is really simple. Just visit the SWS website here, and follow the instructions.
